Supply
We are a distribution partner of Lorentz and we locally stock products. If you have a huge quantity requirement, kindly let us know and we'll be able to provide for your needs within a reasonable amount of time.

Training
For partner installers, we are willing to conduct training sessions to make you more familiar with Lorentz products and become experts in providing services. For clients, we can also teach you to become adept operators of your own solar pump systems.

Engineering / Design
We use a proprietary software that can immediately provide you with a solar pump design complete with energy generation and water supply forecast backed by NASA data. We also have access to engineer support from Lorentz, who is willing to assist in more complex concerns.

Repair
We can directly conduct repairs for your products or course the service through Sunelec's accredited service providers. If you have any problems, feel free to get in touch with us.

Technical Support
If you have any questions or believe that your solar pump system might not be functioning according to design, kindly get in touch with your service provider, whether Sunelec or any of its accredited partner installers, and we'll gladly respond to your concern in the soonest time possible.
